PRAY THE WORD

The following is a combination prayer, praise, and thanksgiving, much of it taken from the Scriptures. Stan and I read this aloud during our devotional times. We find it helpful to help us get into the proper spirit and frame of mind. We hope it will be as beneficial to you for your prayer and meditation times. Please feel free to share this and pass it along.

Father, help us to come into your presence ... we bring thanksgiving and praise! Abba - Father - Most Holy Lord - Yaweh
You are worthy to be praised!

Accept our words and the thoughts of our hearts toward You as we exalt Your Name and rejoice in You, Who reigns and are clothed in majesty. We bless You. We Love You!

Praise be to You, Who has blessed us in every good thing in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in our Lord, Yeshua HaMashiach.

Thank You that we are able to come into Your presence
through the Blood of our Savior, Jesus.

There is One God, One Lord, One King, One Savior
Yahweh ... Father
Yeshua HaMashiach ... Son
Ruach Hakadosh ... Holy Spirit

Many are Your Wonderful works, Father.
We could not name them all.

Your freed us from the bondage of sin and death.

You have blotted out our sins.

You have given us eternal life.

When we fear, You give us courage and peace.

Your loving kindness and mercy endures forever.

You will never leave us or forsake us.

Our strength is in You.
Our Salvation is of You.
Our healing is from You.

We are so blessed! We are grateful that we live in a free country, have a good home where we can rest and be safe, warm from the cold, cool from the heat, bountiful food to eat, pleasures to enjoy, and comforts of body and soul.

We are blessed to walk ... to see ... to touch ... to think.
We humbly and sincerely thank You!

We are blessed to have our loved ones, family and friends
those close to us and those far away.

We have so much Father, and we appreciate it all!
We are determined never to take any good thing for granted.

Now, establish our hearts, preserve our spirits, holy, blameless, and fit, to stand perfect and complete in all Your will. Grant us willing spirits to sustain us.

Wash us with Your Word. Create in us clean hearts, and continually renew a steadfast spirit in us and continue to renew to us the joy of our Salvation.

Open our spiritual eyes so we may know You better and fill us continually with Your Holy Spirit.

Help us to understand what is the extent of Your Love toward us.

Keep us in perfect peace as our minds are stayed on You.

Strengthen us in body, mind, and soul.

Help us to increase in our love toward You and one another.

Cause us to regard the liberty we have in You and the victory in our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Cause us to remember all Your promises so that we do not live below the standards set for us in Your kingdom.

Father, give us Wisdom to survive the onslaught of the enemy.

Stretch forth Your Hand to deliver, heal and protect all Your children.

Bless and keep safe Your persecuted children around the world. Rise up against their enemies.

Bless and keep all Your workers around the world, missionaries and ministers. Let their labors be not in vain so they can rejoice now and in heaven when they see how You have used them in Your plan for Salvation to all mankind.

Bless all our local workers in the churches. Let them see the fruits of their labors so they may have joy in their hearts when they see the final results of their persistent dedication.

Bless and guide our leaders, all in authority, and in government positions in our country. Turn their hearts toward You.

Help Your children here in our nation to repent and wholeheartedly turn to You. Heal our land.

A Special Prayer for our children

Father, we ask You to keep our children in Your most capable Hands. Deliver them always from the enemy of our souls and strengthen them to resist evil at every level. Care for them, cause them to come ever closer to You. Cause them to seek You with all their hearts. Enlighten their eyes so they may see Your great Love for them. We ask that they prosper in mind, body, and spirit. Provide all the things they need for them to live a life of peace and contentment in You. Help us to leave them a legacy of Your Love.

A Special Prayer for our Parents

Father, Bless and keep our parents. Keep them in Your loving Hands always. Heal and strengthen them so they may live out their last days in peace and contentment. Increase their joy and protect them from harm. Let their love for You be a banner for all to see. As they serve You in their humble ways, arm them with power and let Your love shine out from them. Bless them for all the care they have provided for us and the love they have shown to us.

A Special Prayer for our Friends and Sisters and Brothers in Christ

Father, in behalf of our loved ones, cause us all to be filled with blessings as we serve You and prosper us all Your ways. Meet our daily needs and uphold us with Your mighty Hand. Cause us to have even more love for each other and strengthen us for the spiritual battle that is now and is coming to our world. Give us all wisdom and understanding. Help us to be wise as serpents and gentle as lambs. Give us guidance, insight and discernment through Your Word and our spirits so we will never be deceived or led down a pathway of wrong thinking. Increase our faith and help us all to stand.
