NO DOUBTS, PRAISE, THANKS

Dear Heavenly Father, You know that I have no doubts that You are over all, can do anything, that You are the greatest being in all the Universe. You know that I am excited every day thinking of finally one day seeing You face to face and to be able to thank you and praise you on and on. Thank you for preparing my place for all eternity. You know of little things here that I love, that I use to decorate, things that I use and enjoy, but nothing can compare with what You are getting ready for me and all those who believe in you. Pretty? We have not even begun to see 'pretty' yet, till we view all that you have laid up for us!

Now, I am coming to You yet another time with all my concerns for my country, for people who do not know You, for Christians who are weak when they need to stand up for what is right and work hard to keep this country one that is on Your side. Never have I seen, dear Father, so many people cry out for Your help, for your guidance, but alas, the ones who need to be doing so for ours and our country's sake still go on in their same old ruts. There are many good people left Lord, please hear us and raise up leaders with backbone and the power to turn things around. I know that You do not have puppets. You created us with free will, because You want it to be our choice to love You and accept Your Only Son as our Saviour and Lord. You long like we all do, for REAL LOVE. But, to the extent that You can without violating Your Way of creating us, please, please send Your Spiritual Fire upon this nation and send us revival.

For the sake of all of us who believe, who have been praying our hearts out and who have worked so hard trying to put people in office who will do right, please take hold of things and help us get things straight again. Father, we are very tired, but we have kept on working, praying and doing all we can in Your service. I am begging You once again to make Your power known and prove us right for Your glory. Impress upon many the need to stand up and be counted on the side of right. Speak to them over and over, hound them and do not give them rest till they see what must be done in this nation. I will look for Your answers for the glory of Your Name. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen"
