A Note From Genelle ...
My
sweet daughter, Christine Keeter
has created a line of her own mineral
make up. One of her customers, Diane
Speciale, has valiantly been fighting
serious cancer for some time now,
has been an inspiration to Christine
and has become a cherished friend.
The following
is a note from Christine ...
I
recently have had the pleasure of
getting to know a very special mother
and daughter, Diane and Katie. Their
love for one another and the closeness
they share is a real inspiration
to me. I am grateful that I have
had the opportunity to get to know
these two beautiful spirits.
Diane
is truly an inspiration to everyone
she has touched through her friendship.
I am amazed at how well she has
coped with her cancer. Even when
she is having a bad day she seems
to be able to uplift anyone she
comes in contact with and she has
been able to do this because of
the way she looks at life. She knows
that our Heavenly Father is on her
side and walks with her daily and
is always there to be with her no
matter what she is going through.
She
is such a special person and reminds
me of my own mother. I am thankful
that we have crossed each others
lives. I am a better person for
knowing her! She has really been
a good friend to me through email.
I can just imagine what kind of
friend she must be in person! Thanks
to you both for sharing your friendship
with me! She is truly a hero in
my eyes; she puts her family first
and always is concerned about others
before her own needs.
She really
enjoys her life and is so much in
love with her husband, her daughter
Katie, her son Scottie and future
daughter in law, Leah. You can tell
that by
the way she speaks of them; you
can feel the love she has for them
in her heart. I am so happy that
she and Katie are close and have
the special relationship that a
Mother and Daughter should have
together.

Since
this page was published, our sister,
Diane has gone on to be with the
Lord after a valiant battle with
cancer. She will be missed of course,
but is in the Loving Hands of our
Father in Heaven, now waiting to
be reunited with her loved ones
and all her brothers and sisters
in the Lord.
