This is a boquet for all those mothers who

may not have their children near them now.

For as many reasons as there are mothers

sometimes a mother finds herself alone and

perhaps even alienated from her child or

children.

Or maybe she didn't even have

the privilege of raising her child, or it may

be that she made wrong choices as she

was raising her children. So many of the

mothers in today's society have either had

to go to work or chose to, and possibly

feel for one reason or another that there

just wasn't enough time to do the things

that should have been done to nurture

those little ones properly.

And there are

some mothers who did the very best

they could and still they have children

who have rebelled and gone the way of

disobedient children, turning away from

all they know to be right. The pain and

heartache of a mother in some of these

circumstances can only be understood

by another mother.

But there is One

Other Who understands and knows our

hearts. HE knows that we do reap what

we sow in this life, and yet He is there,

our loving, forgiving, kind hearted, and

merciful Father, Who is both Mother and

Father to us in His love. And He loves

our children more than we could ever

love them. He hurts when mothers hurt.

He hurts for the child as well. He longs

for all to be well with mother and child,

but it doesn't always turn out that way

in life.

Some are unwise and very

young and immature when beginning

their families, and don't know the Lord

to teach their children about Him. Some

young mothers were not loved and

nurtured by their own mothers.

There are many reasons why a mother

may be sad on Mother's Day. Many are

rejoicing in their mothers and honoring

them on this holiday, but for the other

precious mothers who have hurting hearts,

this bouquet is for you! To let you know

that God knows your pain and heartache.

And He is compassionate and gentle to

heal a broken heart.

Then there are those mothers who have

had to say goodby all too soon to their

precious, beloved, sweet and cherished

little ones when God called them home to

Heaven to be with Him. The pain and the

grief of that loss and the lonliness in the

hearts of those mothers is almost more

than can be borne. Questions unanswered

that only God knows the answer to, will

someday be revealed as mothers are at

last reunited with their beloved children.

So if you're one of the hurting mothers, or

daughters who have said goodby to your own

sweet mother when the angels took her home,

please .. right now, Go to our Heavenly Father

and cast your burden of sorrow on Him ..

for He cares for you! He will comfort a

heart that is aching on this day and give

sweet peace and solace to a lonely soul.

He can turn situations around in such a

miraculous way that you may wonder at

how such things could be.

He can turn the hearts of the mothers to

their children and the hearts of the children

toward their mothers. Don't be downcast;

look up .. look up to the God that heals

and loves, and mends the broken hearted.

Remember, our God is a God of love and

reconcilliation! And He longs for you to

run to Him and ask Him for help to make

things new and right for mothers and their

children.

Don't be defeated when victory is

waiting for you at the Father's throne!
